These terms cover the use of wowsuchai, a public catalog of AI developments run by App Forge Labs LLC.

What the catalog is

wowsuchai collects public information about AI models, developer platforms and applications, classifies it and scores the evidence behind each record. Every record shows its sources, its evidence score, its confidence and whether it was corrected. Records can be wrong or out of date, so check the cited sources before relying on a record.

Licence

Original catalog content, such as summaries, classifications and evidence scores, is licensed under CC BY 4.0. Attribute it to wowsuchai. Source quotations and linked content keep their original rights and are not covered by that licence.

Accounts

Reading the catalog, the feeds and the API needs no account. You can create one by signing in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email address; an account holds prepaid credits and API keys. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for requests made with them. Revoke a key on your account page as soon as you think it leaked.

Tool setups and what they cost

A tool setup (a recommendation) costs $0.05. You are charged only when a setup is delivered: a recommended setup or an answer that no setup has enough evidence. A refusal, a request for more information, an error or a timeout costs nothing, and retrying a request with the same idempotency key returns the stored answer without a second charge.

The web form gives everyone 3 free tool setups per day (UTC) per network address, behind an automated browser check. The API has no free tier. We may change the free allowance, and we may refuse requests that look automated or abusive, including repeated requests that end without a delivered setup.

Prepaid credits

Credits are sold in packs of 100 for $5 (US dollars), paid once through Stripe. This is not a subscription and nothing renews. One credit pays for one delivered tool setup, on the web form or with an API key. Credits do not expire.

Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded on request within 14 days of that purchase; used credits are not refunded. If a charge was made in error or the credits never arrived, write to us and we will correct it. If we stop selling tool setups, we will tell account holders by email at least 30 days in advance and refund unused purchased credits on request. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not refunded otherwise, except where the law requires it.

Paying per request with x402

Agents can pay for each API request with x402: $0.05 in USDC on the Base network. The payment is checked before any work starts and settled only after a setup is delivered. A settled x402 payment is final: it is a blockchain transfer that we cannot reverse or refund. Check the price, network and receiving address in the payment requirements before you sign.

Acceptable use

Do not overload the service or the API, do not try to reach administrator screens without authorization, do not share or resell API keys, do not try to get around the free allowance or the browser check, and do not use the catalog or tool setups for unlawful purposes.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty. Tool setups are generated automatically from catalog evidence and are suggestions, not professional advice. App Forge Labs LLC is not liable for decisions made on the basis of catalog records or tool setups.
