Mol-1
Mol-1 is an open biomolecular model with a downloadable checkpoint and code for local prediction and fine-tuning. It accepts inputs describing protein, DNA, RNA, ligands, and ions, and produces predicted structures in CIF format with confidence data.
What it does
Researchers can use Mol-1 to predict biomolecular structures and fine-tune the model on their own structural data.

Evidence
6 claims- Mol-1 predicts biomolecular structures from inputs that can include protein, DNA, RNA, ligand, or ion entries. [1]
- Prediction results are provided as CIF structures with a confidence JSON per sample. [1]
Results are organized in `output/<job_name>/seed_<seed>/predictions/` as CIF structures with a confidence JSON per sample.
